How to Create a Focus Page

There are three easy ways to create a new Focus Page depending on your workflow:

🟪 Option 1: Start with a Blank Page #

Best for: When you want a clean slate.

Steps:

  1. Go to your workspace at focuspage.app/space
  2. In the left sidebar, click the “➕ Add Focus Page” button
  3. A new empty page will appear—ready for your content!

💡 Tip: Name your page something memorable to keep your workspace organized.

🟪 Option 2: Duplicate an Existing Focus Page #

Best for: Reusing your own layouts or content.

Steps:

  1. Open the Focus Page you want to copy
  2. Click the three dots (•••) in the top-right corner
  3. Select “Duplicate
  4. A copy of the page will appear in your workspace

🔁 You can use this to quickly create templates for repeated tasks or projects.

🟪 Option 3: Use a Shared Template #

Best for: Starting from community inspiration.

Steps:

  1. Find a public Focus Page you like (from a friend or template gallery)
  2. Click “Add to My Focus Page
  3. The page will instantly be added to your workspace
  4. Customize it as needed!

🌱 Shared templates are great when you want a head start without starting from scratch.
