After creating a focus page, you can manage it easily using the options in the upper-right corner (three dots icon). Here’s how:
✏️ How to Rename a Focus Page Title #
- Hover over the title and click the little edit icon that appears.
- Or, click the three dots ⋯ in the top right corner and select Rename.
You can also add built-in emojis to make your focus page more fun. Remember to click the ✅ checkmark to save your changes.
📂 How to Update or Switch a Focus Page Category #
- Click the three dots ⋯ and choose Update Category.
- You’ll see a full list of available categories. Click one to assign it.
- Want to move it to a different category? Easy — click Update Category again and select a new one.
🧹 How to Remove a Focus Page Category #
- Click the three dots ⋯ and choose Update Category.
- If the focus page already belongs to a category, you’ll see an option to Remove Category.
- Click it, and your focus page will go back to “no category” mode.
📄 How to Duplicate a Focus Page #
- Click the three dots ⋯ and select Duplicate.
- A pop-up will ask you to name your new page (default: original name + ” – Copy”).
- Click Submit, and your new focus page will appear in the same category, ready to go!

🗑️ How to Delete a Focus Page #
- Click the three dots ⋯ and select Delete Focus Page.
- A pop-up will warn you: deleting will permanently remove all links, focus groups, notes, and heads-ups attached to this page.
- If you’re sure, click DELETE to confirm.
